These terms cover your use of EliteFunnels.io at elitefunnels.io and the software you install from it. EliteFunnels.io licenses marketing software that you install on your own hosting. Your sponsor is paid directly by you, EliteFunnels.io is paid a licensing fee, and you pay your own outside providers. By creating an account or using the software, you agree to these terms.

1. Accepting these terms

These terms are an agreement between you and EliteFunnels.io. They apply to the website at elitefunnels.io, your member account, and every copy of the software you install. If you don't agree to them, don't create an account or install the software.

Our Privacy Policy and Income Disclaimer are part of these terms.

2. Who can use it

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement. If you use EliteFunnels.io for a business, you agree to these terms on behalf of that business.

3. Your account

Give us accurate details when you sign up and keep them current. Keep your login private, because you're responsible for everything done through your account.

Your username appears in your referral links, so the people you refer can see it. Your name, email address and phone number are shown to the members you refer as their sponsor.

4. What you're buying

Every level is a licence to use the software, not a sale of it. Each level is a lifetime licence and is paid once:

• Elite Funnels: $100 paid to your sponsor, plus a one-time $50 licensing fee paid to EliteFunnels.io. You get the system to install on your own hosting.
• Team Builder Upgrade: $250 paid member to member, plus a $75 licensing fee paid to EliteFunnels.io.
• White Label Upgrade: $500 paid member to member, plus a $100 licensing fee paid to EliteFunnels.io. It removes the Powered by EliteFunnels.io notice and lets you activate unlimited domains.

A level is activated once its payments are confirmed. Each domain you run the software on must be activated in your Elite Funnels dashboard.

5. How member payments work

The level payments above go straight from you to another member, through the payment details that member entered. EliteFunnels.io doesn't receive, hold or process those payments, and can't refund or reverse them.

A member is paid for a level only if they own that level. If the member who referred you doesn't own it, your payment goes to the next member above them who does. The licensing fee is the only part of the price paid to EliteFunnels.io.

6. Refunds and payment problems

A payment made to another member is between you and that member, so raise any problem with them first. For a question about a licensing fee paid to EliteFunnels.io, contact us at admin@elitefunnels.io.

7. Your hosting and outside services

The software runs on hosting you provide and on accounts you open with other companies. You pay those companies directly, and their own terms apply. These include:

• your cPanel hosting
• your Claude or ChatGPT subscription
• your email and SMS services
• the image, video and voice services you connect

EliteFunnels.io isn't responsible for those services, their prices or whether they're available.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the software or the website to:

• send email or text messages to people who haven't agreed to receive them, or break any law on email, texting or calling
• publish anything illegal, deceptive, hateful or that infringes someone else's rights
• make income or results claims about EliteFunnels.io that go beyond our Income Disclaimer
• run the software on more domains than your level allows, or share your licence with someone else
• copy, resell, reverse engineer or remove the licensing protection from the software, except as the White Label Upgrade allows

9. Reselling with the White Label Upgrade

With the White Label Upgrade you may sell the system under your own brand to clients outside of EliteFunnels.io. Those clients buy from your business, and you provide all of their support. You must not advertise the system for less than $475.

10. Promoting EliteFunnels.io

When you refer people, you act on your own behalf. You aren't an employee, partner or agent of EliteFunnels.io, and you're responsible for your own marketing, your own claims and your own taxes.

11. Ownership

EliteFunnels.io owns the software, the website and their content. Your licence lets you use them as these terms describe.

Your pages, leads, customers and files are yours. They're stored on your own hosting, not by us.

12. Content made with AI

The software can write copy and make images and videos using AI services you connect. You choose what to publish, so review everything first and make sure it's accurate and lawful.

13. Updates and changes

Installed systems receive software updates automatically. Features may be added, changed or removed over time, and we don't promise the website or the updates will always be available without interruption.

14. No warranties

The website and the software are provided as they are and as available. To the extent the law allows, EliteFunnels.io makes no warranty that they will meet your needs, be free of errors, or produce any particular result.

15. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, EliteFunnels.io isn't liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for lost profits, sales or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the licensing fees you paid to EliteFunnels.io in the twelve months before the claim.

16. Ending your access

You may stop using EliteFunnels.io at any time. We may suspend your account or deactivate your licence if you break these terms.

17. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws that apply where EliteFunnels.io is established, without regard to conflict of law rules.

18. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and using the website or the software after a change means you accept it.
