This policy explains what EliteFunnels.io collects when you visit elitefunnels.io or become a member, why, and the choices you have. We collect what we need to run your account and your licence. The leads, customers and pages in your own system stay on your own hosting. We don't sell your information.

1. Who we are

EliteFunnels.io runs the website at elitefunnels.io and licenses the software members install on their own hosting. In this policy, "we" means EliteFunnels.io.

2. What we collect

We collect what you give us:

  • your name, email address, phone number and username when you sign up
  • the member who referred you, and the members you refer
  • the payment details you enter so other members can pay you, such as payment links or wallet addresses
  • the domains you activate your system on
  • the messages you send us or other members through the website

We also collect some details automatically when you use the website, such as your IP address, browser, the pages you visit and the times you visit them.

3. Payments

Level payments go from one member to another through the payment service the receiving member chose, and that service handles your payment details. We record that a payment was made so we can activate your level. We don't receive your full card number.

4. Information in your own system

The system you install runs on your own hosting. Your leads, customers, pages and files are stored there, and we don't have access to them.

Your installed system contacts elitefunnels.io to check its licence and to receive software updates. When it does, it sends your domain name.

5. How we use it

We use your information to:

  • create and run your account
  • activate your levels and domain licences
  • show you who your sponsor is and who you referred
  • send you account notices and software updates
  • answer your questions and keep the website secure
  • meet our legal obligations

6. What other members see

Your sponsor sees the members they referred. The members you refer see your name, email address and phone number as their sponsor, so they can contact you, and they see the payment details you entered so they can pay you.

7. Who we share it with

We share information only:

  • with companies that host the website and deliver our email, only so they can do that work
  • with other members, as the section above describes
  • when the law requires it, or to protect our rights and the safety of others

We don't sell or rent your personal information.

8. Cookies

The website uses cookies that keep you signed in and protect your account. A referral link also records which member sent you, so your sponsor is credited. These cookies are needed for the website to work.

9. Emails and texts

We send emails about your account and your system. You can stop marketing emails with the unsubscribe link in any of them, or by writing to admin@elitefunnels.io. Account notices continue while you have an account.

10. How long we keep it

We keep your information while your account is open, and afterwards only as long as we need it for records, disputes or the law.

11. Security

We protect your information with reasonable safeguards, and passwords are stored in a form we can't read. No website is perfectly secure, so keep your password private.

12. Your choices and rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by writing to admin@elitefunnels.io. You can update most of your details yourself in your dashboard. Depending on where you live, you may have more rights under your local law, and we'll honor them.

13. Children

EliteFunnels.io is for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18, and we delete it if we learn we have.

14. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
